Guess first decision is do you ever want to ride 2 up. Have fun and pray for spring.

i was thinkin' about that, but i'd have to do up a new seat and mount passenger pegs somewhere. at this point, though, i've got nobody to go 2 up with, so it's not a huge deal just yet.

i was thinkin' about making up a short rear fender for it to deal with the slight striping potential, and maybe do something for a smaller taillight and delete the streetbike number the PO put on it. gordo, i appreciate the support, man. when did you serve, and which branch? and i do get that a lot about the dances with wolves thing...get called Dumbear quite a bit, actually :S.

Greetings and salutations fromthe north. Nice bike agree with you about the taillight and fender make it your own. You don't need a passenger seat I have always enjoyed it more when the lady rolls her own at least then you know you got something in common.

Welcome to the group Dunbar,
Minot! If we were really bad at Kincheloe AFB MI they would threaten us with Minot, or Tulee! 507th USAF Hospital '62 to '66.
Nice bike! If you want to take a passenger get a second bike. It's nice to have a solo. I use the stock seats on mine, but only because it carries bags and things easier, and of course I'm lazy.

Dunbar,

I was at Minot from 76-83. Worked on B-52's. Bought my Honda CB750 in Minot and had a great time.

I live in Fargo now and I see there are a couple of folks on this board from around this area and western Minn. We'll have to get together some day.

Bud.
