Hey Mike, You spoke of a new 2into1 exhaust to be released later this year, just would like to know if grounding issues have been addressed with your design. I've ruined both different brands of 2to1 pipes I've tried which is ashame because I realize the virtues of that type of system. Any info?

2-1 tucks up under RH sidecover (clutch cover) and does not run under the engine. Clearance is good but so far we have not got a firm deal with a maker. Going to the Orient for most of April to get the deal done but no ETA until then. 2-1 prototype was tuned on the dyno and added an unexpected +8.5 HP without being too loud for the street. The pipe can be quieted down further but at the expense of power. System will be able to use a couple of different mufflers. power development continues with an end target of a reliable 70HP at the rear wheel (over 65Hp already achieved) and a lowering down of the powerband more to mid RPM.
Other parts already proven and waiting for production time at the factory.
270 rephase versions of our cams + cranks in the works also. So far all of this has been done without any porting/headwork done of any kind (later).
Note: Big ID headpipes Do NOT work unless you install inserts (reducers) at the head. Beware of parts designed for wide open running if you are going to use your bike on the street. We Dyno prove EVERYTHING.

Mike,
Any chance you'll be including 277 rephased cams as well?
Best,
ichael
