Anybody have a link to a listing of which bolts on the engine need copper crush washers on the bottom half of the motor? I'm about to button this thing up.................and I'm not sure which of the 6mm bolts/screws use them.

Thanks John, those are the 8mm ones. I'm trying to figure out where the 6mm washers go, I'm pretty sure they're all on the clutch cover and front cam chain guide bolts, I'm just not sure which ones.
I just looked at the listing for the kit on mikesXS it says:

Bottom end Copper Sealing Washer Kit - 13 pc. Fits: All 650's
Kit Contains: 6pc.of # 90430-08143-00 ( @ Crankcase Bottom - Nut washers),
2 pc.of #90430-06014 ( @ Oil filter cover screws in clutch case), 3 pc. 90430-
06014 ( @ 3 Clutch case upper front screws), 1 pc. of # 90430-06014 ( @ Tach
drive retaining bolt), 1pc. 37R-82543-00/90430-11034 ( @ Neutral switch base).

So I guess if I had been thinking I could have figured this out. Duh.

Thanks for your help.

Yes, this was a bit confusing to me as well when I first got my 650. According to the parts diagrams and listings on the Yamaha web site, only 4 washers are speced for the left cover bolts and none are indicated as going on the oil filter cover screws. I found them on my oil filter cover screws as well as on a few others I've worked on but according to Yamaha, they don't go there. Since I only found 2 others on some of the lower bolts, I moved the 2 from the filter cover down there, too. I've never had a leak from the cover without those washers there. I now have the 4 washers on the lowest 4 case screws, the ones below the oil level. The parts image only shows 2 (1st and last one, I'm thinking) but that appears to be where they go (and it makes the most sense). #8 below .....
