Hi, I have been hanging around here for a couple of months, but am just now getting around to introducing myself. After being really in to bikes when I was younger, I finally got back into it after being mostly away from them for about 20 years. I couldn't manage to find a deal on an XS650 in my area just under 2 years ago when I was looking and wound up making a killer deal on a 1981 Kaw 1000 in really good shape. I did quite a bit to it here and there and ride it whenever I can. I never gave up finding a real deal on a 650 and finally came across a '73 TX650 frame with a good title that came with an engine and brought it home. I also made some real deals along the line on some Kaw parts. So far, I have adapted a KZ1000 Z1R front end to it and plan to run Kaw mag wheels on both ends. A custom swingarm is my next project on it. I am planning on building it into a custom softail bobber. I also have some 175 Honda's that I want to use to make 1 nice one for my wife to ride.

Hey bubba. Welcome to the forum.

If you need any tx engine parts just say "hey".

I got a spare tx motor and want to get rid of it but I hate to just pitch it.

Otherwise, now that I finally have my own workspace, I'm gonna get rid of em on ebay.
