Damn, you're not wasting any time, are you!? Nice setup with the dual drilled rotors. Mine's pretty much down to the frame, now figuring out which brackets to cut & remove.

Well I got my shocks from Omar's today, and will intall them Tomorrow. I am stoked, this will complete the front and rear suspension! All I have left to do is the electrical, motor, paint the tank and side covers, and install the seat and maybe fairing from Omar's. I am hoping to complete this project by the end of March. I will ride it around town anf a few short shake down rides. April I am planning on hooking up with a few riders to tour Northern California on this bike.
Check it out

I will post some pore pics this weekend. My wife wants the bike out of the house, bummer........................

Oh I forgot! I am at a standing point on the rear set mounts! I made one set but they look stupid! I will do one more set this week and see how it will look!

sounds good... I'm in no rush at all!! Hey, had a question for you actually... Do you sell sets of the turn signal lights you showed me? They're by far the best I've seen!

They are driving lights, I do sell them but it is a low key thing. I will see what I have and let you know.

Well I Finlay received my Ebay motor! I tore it apart this weekend and it is in real good shape! Ordered all the stuff to put it back together. Any suggestions on what I might look for when reassembling it?

Got a dremel with a flexshaft or a die grinder? If so, smooth out all the rough casting and machining marks in the intake and exhaust ports. That will really help with flow. 3-angle valve job is a good idea too.

Best,

ichael

Yes, clean up those ports. They're down right nasty from the factory. I would also replace the front cam chain guide, cam chain, and rings if the end gaps are out of spec.
