I've got the cases split and have a new cam chain. The chain is riveted together and therefore unable to get installed. I'm assuming that I have to take the chain apart or is there something I'm missing? This is a '75. The tensioner is the problem. I just didn't want to take the chain apart if I didn't have to. And why do they send them assembled if you have to take them apart? Thanks.
