Yep, that´s my style! Good job you did!
I would like to know
- how did you built in the oil cooler? I cannot see any tubes / hoses and where they are coming out / getting into the engine. Could you post an additional pic on that?
- no battery, or under the seat?
- what are the rearseats from? And the kicker does not interfere with them?
- where did you get that fake gas tank from? I like the idea to have a "MANX" tank cover on the original XS tank.

Thanks guys, the tank is the real deal it just leaked so bad I got it for a song. I gutted it and put a small 2 gallon moped tank and small battery under the cover. The cooler is not plumbed in the picture but it is now. I tapped the clutch cover and use d a14mm banjo fitting and nut on the oil filter cover for the return. Ninja oil coolers use 14mm banjo bolts so it was a breeze. The rear sets came from a GS450 parts bike and I welded the brackets to the frame. The rear set swing up easily so there was no need to bend the kicker. Below is a link with some pics. be sure to look to the right of the large pic for some build pics

I think the paint will help "shrink" the fairing. I have it mounted so it can be removed in seconds with DZUS fasteners. The mounting brackets can be removed from the mounts and there is no trace the fairing was ever there. I apreciate the input!

The seat is from EBAY. Hotwings glass if I remember correctly.

How does the quick release seat work? How much did you have to modify the frame? How is the quality of the seat from hotwing?
Very nice bike!

You can see the two small DZUS fasteners in the pic on the rear hump. I have a "tongue" on the front of the underside of the seat to hold the front down and a "locator" pin on the rear to hold the seat still. I modified the frame substantially because fiberglass will not last unless mounted properly let alone trying to keep paint from cracking or chipping. I will post some pics asap
