Anyone got a set of VM 34's they want to part with?
Or can anyone buy a set for me and ill give you the money upfront, send them as a gift to the UK so i dont have to pay import duties.
Or again another option is i can part ex for a set of VM3's
Look forward to hearing from you
Cheers

E To XS, if you want to check out the Aussie price & let me know. Might work out better with exchange rates, or worse dunno, up to you. But if I can help you from here, no drama, just PM me, cheers.
Might even be able to get Ricky Ponting to drop em off for ya when he comes over to tan your hides!

Hey Yamaman thanks for the offer bud but that company want $715 AUD! thats the most radiculous obser'd ammount of money for a set of carbs that i have ever heard of. $719!! even with the conversion into £ its still way over £300.
I nearly choked on my tea when i got the email reply lol.
Think i may stick with sporting for less $200

I've got a set of VM 36 roundslides. They need cleaned and rebuilt, probably rejetted. I don't know how they're set up except that neither one has the right-hand choke kit. One of them is missing a clip on the main needle, but everything else is there. Parts for them are cheap, as I'm sure you already know.
Make me an offer.

Any wonder they don't list the price on their page! Let you have mine for only $650 AU
I've only heard bad reports about those S 4 Less carbs ($329 US). Would be great to hear a success story from there! They look the goods, VM34's, with enrichener circuit (apparantly not all VM's have). I heard the cables are junk, but easy fixed. The artificial K&N's might be a bit sus too.
No mention there on any alternative jetting suplied, so I guess you've gotta suck it & see, then work it out for yourself!
I guess MMM's are a bit dearer $384 US, though better quality gear, real K&N's & better cables and better manifolds (or should that be unifolds?) Along with his fantasic customer service! I reckon I'd probably give a 650 man my dosh for the sake of $60, especialy when you can see the cost difference just in the air cleaners!

Yea, MMM is THE man when It come's to the VM'S. I've read here that his are real close to what you need as far as setup go's. Pretty much bolt on & go.

Stash a few sets in with a container load of dope, they'll never find them!
Just read a book (true story) where a guy filled 2 sea containers with dope, he painted the containers property of US Navy & sent them to California, he got away with it & the Navy picked up the freight bill!

I got mine here infront of me
i gotta change the pilot jets the air jets the main jet the slides, i gotta replace a lot of things, the replacements comes to £131, and i payed £60 for the carbs, hardly worth doing.
If someone does not mind picking me a setup from Sporting for less. then i will get you the money, please send to UK as a gift?

Everything_To_Xs, excuse me if i am stating the obvious here, you have spent 60 pound on the carbs that need 131 more spent on them now you want to buy another set from a company that yamaman has heard nothing good from.
Bite the bullet and go to MMM and at least you will get a good after sales service and cut your losses now.
