Making a baffle

Any thoughts on the best way to baffle this stinger? Glass pack? Tube with holes? Other ideas?

Engine is a basically stock XS650 with VM34's and Pamco Ignition.

I try something like this, easy to make and tuneable lots of small holes in the center tube and plate

I would recommend Mikes baffles I have them and really like them.
